Our award-winning students from Colorado Mesa University (http://www NULL.aitp NULL.org/group/4061) (formerly Mesa State College) and their advisor, Dr. Johnny Snyder, drove over the mountains from Grand Junction to present a report of their experiences at the AITP 18th Annual 2013 National Collegiate Conference (http://c NULL.ymcdn NULL.com/sites/www NULL.aitp NULL.org/resource/group/08d79224-336a-43fd-9848-5231915dd407/pdfs/2013aitp-ncchighlights&winne NULL.pdf) (NCC), held in St. Louis.
We all congratulated Paul DuCray for placing in the top ten in the Security Scenario competition (49 teams) and for his Honorable Mention in PC Troubleshooting (154 contestants); Dustin DeLor for placing third in PC Troubleshooting; Dustin and Dr. Snyder for obtaining the Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) in Security Certificate; and Dr. Snyder for also obtaining the MTA in Networking Certificate. Other Mesa NCC participants this year included Kaemen Chiles, Nathaniel Gallegos, and Michaela Ervin. The Chapter is very proud of the Mesa NCC team.
